Description
This machine is mainly used to process rebar’s diameter from 16mm to 40mm and the max thread length could reach 400mm. It has the reasonable structure, reliable performance and it is very convenient to use. The control part adopts the leakage protector and it can effectively keep the normal function of the equipment and guarantee safety. Besides, with one handpiece both right-handed and left-handed thread could be processed, which saves much cost and time.
Various types rebar threading machine for you to choose. It can process 12-50mm rebar with max. processing length of 100mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400mm. Processing length can be adjusted.
Consumable spare parts on rebar threading machine include rollers, cutting blade, gear, eccentric shaft, eccentirc bush, cutter body; etc, among which, roller is the most commonly used spare parts. One set roller can process 2000-8000pcs rebar.

Advantages

2. long work life-span. One set roller can process 2000-8000pcs threads based on different rebar diameter, rebar streghth, threading diameter to be processed.
3. customzied rollers is acceptable, such as roller inner diameter, thread pitch and thread angle.
Features
1. both sides of roller can be used. If one side is damaged, roller can be all changed into the other side and can be used as new.
2. roller can be used to process right-handed threads and left-handed threads.
3. 3 pcs rollers have one dot, two dots and three dots speratedly. When installation, it is easy to recoginize.
4. two types: roller with dots; roller without dots. For different machine head, rollers type is different.
Package
1. one carton can pack 8 sets rollers(3pcs per set).
2. for large quantity, wooden box will be used.
