Almonds have always been grown and processed in a tradicional way so that balance between farming and growing is respected and in keeping with the natural environment.

Like most nuts, almonds have a high-fat, especially monounsaturated type and polyunsaturated, that contribute to reducing levels of blood cholesterol and triglycerides. For its part, the sugar provides all its energy in the form of simple carbohydrates, in particular, in the form of sucrose. It is for this reason that almonds have a high concentration of nutrients and high energy.
