Accelerator DPTT(TRA)-75 ,  Accelerator Masterbatch , Light Yellow Granule , Used In Heat Resisting Products. 

Recommendations and Applications:

DPTT imparts fast curing rate and good scorching safety of natural rubber and synthetic rubber.

And as activator and second accelerator , 

it can be used along with mercaptan and sulfonamide accelerator. 

Because of sulfur break down from DPTT after heating, it also can be used as a vulcanizing agent , 

and imparts excellent heat resistance and hot aging resistance of the vulcanizate ,

with very good processing safety. 

DPTT is especially suitable for NBR when used along with thiazole accelerator , 

imparts superior compression set and heat resistance.

It is primary accelerator for EPDM and IIR. 

Generally used in the manufacture of heat resisting products , 

such as cable , hose , sealing strip , jacket , etc.

As vulcanizing agent , use 1.0~3.0 PHR

As second accelerator , use 0.1~1.0 PHR

Composition:

Pre-dispersed 80% Dipentamethylene thiuramtetrasulfide in a 20% elastomeric binder

Elastomeric binder can be SBR or EPDM , or others according to customer’s requirements.

Dosage:
