Pre - dispersed Magnesium Carbonate Rubber Filler With HeatResistance

Pre-dispersed Magnesium carbonate , MgCO3 - 50 , White Granule ,  Used In Rubber Products.

Recommendations and Applications:

It is generally used in EVA and rubber products , 

with reinforcement performance better than that of the clay and calcium carbonate , 

imparts better heat resistance and lower heat build-up of the vulcanizates.

Composition:

MgCO3, 50% elastomeric binder and processing aids. 

The elastomeric binder is EVA , or others according to customers’ requirements.

Physical Properties:

Dosage:

General dosage is 5.0~15 PHR, the highest is 50 PHR, 

increase or decrease the amount accordingly.
