Recommendations and Applications:

DTDM is able to release free sulfur at normal vulcanization conditions. 

Differ from normal sulfur , it imparts singer sulfur bond and double sulfur bond of the vulcanizates, 

as well as outstanding  heat aging resistance. 

As a curing agent, it is better than thiuram disulfide because of no blooming caused. 

Process safety is improved because of the DTDM early decomposition 

caused by acid in the compound. 

This product is usually used in compound which demand in low compression set and excellent 

heat aging resistance. 

Mainly used in anti vulcanization reversion NR products , 

hot aging resistance SBR , NBR and EPDM products. .

Composition:

Pre-dispersed 80% 4, 4’- disulfide morpholine in 20% mixture of elastomeric/surfactant binder

Elastomeric binder can be SBR or EPDM, or others according to customer’s requirements.

Dosage:

Advise the same amount as DTDM powder in rubber compound, generally 0.5~2.0 PHR, 

increase or decrease the amount accordingly.
