Goldenlion Series MSZW-2800L Bulk seedcotton feeder is a patent special equipment to realize seedcotton yard auto-feeding, which was initiatively developed in China by our company.

The invention of this machine effectively ended seedcotton feeding uneven and feeding capacity limited, made a continuously, evenly and automatically seedcotton yard feeding. Manual feeding is substituted, to ensure a high capacity ginning process.

Suitability: Both truck transported from cotton fields and stack in yard seedcotton feeding.

Main Structure and working procedure:

Model MSZW-2800L bulk seedcotton feeder mainly consists of feeding section, conveying section and cotton screw conveyor.
The feeder is in pit. Seedcotton could be dumped on the conveying section by cotton truck or pushed the bulk seedcotton into the conveyor section by forklift. Then the seedcotton is conveyed into feeding section, after opening by feeding section and then exhausted by screw conveyor. Seedcotton section pipes will convey the seedcotton into ginning workshop for ginning. The feeding amount of the feeder is controlled by frequency inverter, it should be adjusted as per the actual demands of the ginning, ensured a even and reasonable feeding, made a high efficiency and full loading operation.
