The pudding is made from the extract of animal cartilage. Its shelf life is generally about 4 years (the general powder raw materials are only 12 to 18 months), and the price is also the highest. However, Gilardine tablets have a certain fishy smell, which is often accompanied by rum when used.
The pudding powder is made by using carrageenan, carob gum L.B.G and other natural seaweed gum as coagulant (i.e. pudding stabilizer), using sodium stearyl lactate SSL and single dry fat T-95 as emulsifier, adding eggs, sugar, oil and other ingredients and mixing with water.
