Slurry dot coating part: its working principle is that the slurry pump inputs the lining cloth foundation make-up free slurry into the slurry pipe and flows into the nickel mesh through the holes on it. At the moment of the shear force of the scraper, the slurry is squeezed through the holes on the mesh and adhered to the substrate. When the support roller and the circular mesh rotate and drive the substrate to move forward, the squeezed slurry will form regular slurry dots and be evenly coated on the substrate.
