Welcome!
Bubbles are formed due to the surface tension of water. This tension is the mutual traction force that exists inside the object and is perpendicular to the contact surface of two adjacent parts when the object is subject to tension. The attraction between water molecules on the water surface is stronger than that between water molecules and air. These water molecules are like being stuck together.
It is an interference phenomenon of light. When light passes through the film of soap bubbles, the top and bottom of the film will reflect. The soap film can contain about 150 different layers at most. The messy color combination we see is caused by the unbalanced film layer. The thickest film layer reflects red light, the thinnest reflects purple light, and the middle reflects seven-color light.
