Welcome!
When water softeners are used as boiler water, they will scale on the heating surface of the boiler, resulting in poor thermal conductivity; Textile printing and dyeing can cause spots on the fabric, affecting the aesthetics and quality of the product, and so on. The working principle of a softener is to use the exchange effect of functional groups in ion exchange resins to remove hardness components such as Ca2+and Mg2+in water by plasma displacement, in order to achieve the purpose of softening hard water, reduce the harm caused by scale in subsequent pipelines and equipment, and extend the service life of the equipment. The water hardness after treatment with JPYSF single stage or multi-stage softener is ≤ 0.02mmol/L. The failure of the softener requires the use of sodium chloride for regeneration, which is extremely convenient to operate.
There are two commonly used water softening techniques for water softeners. One is to remove calcium and magnesium ions from water through ion exchange resins, reducing the hardness of water quality; Another type is nanocrystalline TAC technology, which utilizes the high energy generated by nanocrystals to package free calcium, magnesium, and bicarbonate ions in water into nanoscale crystals, thereby preventing the formation of scale by free ions. Compared with tap water, soft water has a very clear taste and feel. Soft water has a high oxygen content and low hardness, which can effectively prevent stone disease, reduce the burden on the heart and kidneys, and is beneficial for health.
