Rod-shaped sieve plate

The rod-shaped sieve plate is a new type of sieve plate developed by our company based on international advanced technology.

The high-frequency tuning fork rods of this sieve plate, while vibrating with the sieve plate, generate secondary high-frequency resonance, which accelerates the forward speed of the materials and speeds up the sinking of the granular materials on the sieve surface and the lateral movement of small particles that have already contacted the sieve surface towards the sieve holes. Thus, the probability of passing through the sieve holes is increased. The opening rate of this sieve plate can reach up to 80%, and it can shake off materials with certain moisture and adhesives by their high-frequency self-vibration, making them less likely to stick to the sieve bars and cause blockages. It is an ideal sieve plate for sticky or fibrous materials that are difficult to sieve.

The production types include: single-layer rod-shaped sieve plate, double-layer rod-shaped sieve plate, cross-rod-shaped sieve plate, polyurethane rod-shaped sieve plate, and ceramic rod-shaped sieve plate.
