Purpose 1: Waste heat power generation
Recovering high-pressure superheated steam generated from high-temperature flue gas in kilns, gas turbines, steelmaking, and cement production, and driving the grid-connected power generation of steam turbine generators, significantly reduces the electricity costs for factories that purchase electricity from external sources.
Application: cement kiln, dry quenching, steel converter, gas combined cycle power plant, carbon smelting plant
Benefits: The entire system typically recovers the equipment investment within 2-3 years, with long-term zero-fuel power generation
Purpose 2: Supply of industrial process steam
Produce saturated steam to supply the production line for steaming, drying, vulcanization, distillation, and reaction heating, replacing oil-fired and gas-fired boilers and eliminating fuel procurement costs.
Application: Chemical industry, paper making, building materials, food processing, printing and dyeing, rubber industry
Purpose 3: Centralized heating in the factory area + domestic hot water
Recover low-temperature waste heat from generator sets and small kilns to produce high-temperature hot water, which is used for heating workshops, staff dormitories, bathhouses, and office buildings.
Application: diesel/biogas generator sets, small heat treatment furnaces, metal heat treatment production lines
Purpose 4: Flue gas cooling + environmental protection supporting facilities
Direct discharge of high-temperature flue gas can damage dust removal and desulfurization equipment. A waste heat boiler absorbs heat in advance to reduce the exhaust gas temperature, protecting downstream environmental protection equipment while reducing thermal pollution and meeting environmental inspection requirements.
