 Usage:

Sodium diacetate is  a  kind of safety preservatives. it's safe and conform to international standard, widely used in food processing-such as in bread, confectionary, pastry (can add 0.4%), soft drinks  ( can add 0.04%), pickles (can add 0.3%), dried fish add 0.002%, fresh fish can put in 30% water solution for 30 minutes then through the water, the fish can keep in the 30°C for a week, taste won't change as fresh as before. In meat processing as well. So it is widely used in food industry and the price is much cheaper compare with calcium propionate, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate. We export sodium diacetate at big quantity to Germany.
