Wheat germ oil is obtained  from grains of wheat germ that have nutritional value and they are a rich source of protein. It contains vitamins A, B and E (190mg/100g), octacosanol, triglycerides, phospholipids and glycolipids; polyunsaturated fatty acids (vitamin F), microelements: ferrum, selenium, zinc.
