Rotary Dryer(Drying Machine) Performance and Characteristic:

1.the machine is mainly to dry some powder and big capacity biomass with high humidity, such as larger than 50% moisture sawdust, straw, stalk ,husk ect .

2.the drying machine  adopts  low-speed rotarying, the drum RPM can be controled quickly or slowly to control drying time . if raw moisture is high humidity, then can make drying speed lower , making drying time longer ,if moisture is small, then can make drying speed faster, making drying time shorter. 

3.the drying machine has three drying layers inside -has high ,middle and low temperature drying process. after dryer, materials temprature will down to about 50 centigrade . 

4.the drying machine has blowing adjusted equipment between dryer drum and biomass stove , which can adjust temperature and wind blowing conditions according to materials moisture and temrprature
