absolute table olives. Naturally purple-black and juicy with a fruity flavor.
They are brine cured and then steeped in wine vinegar. Even though they stay on
the tree until they are fully ripe, hand-picking lets no bruise mar their
fragile flesh.

olives packed in jars are Jumbo (181-200) size.

olives packed in plastic pail are: Colossal (121-140), Giants (141-160),
Ex-Jumbo (161-180), Jumbo (181-200), Ex-Large (201-230), Large (231-260),
Superior (261-290), Brilliant (291-320), Fine (321-350) and Bullets (351-380).
