Product performance

1. Suitable for different fabrics such as loose fibers, yarns, knits, and woven fabrics;

2. After finishing, the fabric has good alkali resistance and does not affect the mercerization; After finishing, the fabric is free of formaldehyde;

3. Suitable for immersion dyeing, pad dyeing, cold stacking, dyeing in the same bath and other processes, suitable for the entire process flow;

4. It has good water solubility and high reactivity, and can be used for anti fibrillar finishing of Lyocell fibers and their blended fabrics.

Usage:

Dyeing in the same bath:

Antigen fibrinogen 2-6%

Yuanming powder 30-50g/L

Pure alkali/caustic soda 15-20g/L

Immersion crosslinking:

Antigen fibrinogen 2-6%

Yuanming powder 30-50g/L

Pure alkali/caustic soda 15-20g/L

Cold rolled stack:

Antigen fibrinogen 40-70g/L

Pure alkali 10-20g/L

Moderate amount of sodium silicate

Penetrant 1-2g/L

The antigen fibrinolytic agent is mixed with sodium silicate solution to form a transparent liquid, which is immersed and rolled (with a liquid carrying rate of 80-90%), cold rolled and stacked at room temperature (30-35 ℃) for 20-24 hours, soap washed (above 95 ℃), washed with cold water and dried.

Packaging, storage and transportation

25KG/bag, sealed and stored at room temperature, with a storage period of 6 months.
