Qingtai Chemical Cooling Silky Silicone‌

This product is primarily used for hydrophilic softening and hand-feel finishing of fabrics, imparting a cooling sensation. It endows textiles with excellent hydrophilicity, softness, elasticity, and drape. Its efficient surface film-forming properties and superior binding capacity enhance fabric loftiness and softness. With outstanding hand-feel and hydrophilicity, it exhibits strong permeability and meets the hand-feel requirements for cotton, rayon, polyester/cotton blends, and other fabrics.

Composition‌: Specially modified silicone emulsion with functional groups

Appearance‌: Colorless (or pale yellow) transparent liquid

pH‌: 4–6

Ionic Nature‌: Cationic

Solubility‌: Miscible with water at room temperature in any ratio

Applications‌

Used in dyeing and finishing mills for hand-feel modification of:

Natural fibers: Cotton, linen, silk, wool

Synthetic fibers/blends: Polyester, acrylic, and their yarns/woven fabrics.

Usage Method‌

Directly add to dyeing bath for softening treatment.

Recommended Process‌: Pad-dry-cure (One-dip-one-nip, pick-up rate: 70%–80%) → Drying → Curing

Recommended Dosage‌: 50–80 g/L

Note: Optimize parameters according to existing production conditions.
