This raising agent can impart a smooth and fluffy texture to fabrics, making it suitable for pile finishing of synthetic fine fibers. It can also be used for pile and brushed finishing of fabrics such as cotton, T/C, polyester, and nylon. After treatment, the fabrics will have a comfortable hand feel and smooth raising.

Product Features‌

Provides a good soft, smooth, and fluffy hand feel, making it easy for fabrics to raise piles.

The fabric surface after finishing is even, with uniform and soft pile.

Has minimal impact on color light, whiteness, and color fastness.

Can be used for lubrication, brushing, and raising of cone yarns, ensuring smooth pile raising.

Usage Method‌

Recommended Processes:

Pad Method‌

Process: (One dip and one nip, liquor pickup rate 70%~80%) → Drying → Setting

Recommended Dosage: 20~30g/L

Impregnation Method‌

Process: Impregnation (60℃×20min constant temperature) → Drainage → Washing → Drying

Recommended Dosage: 1% o.w.f~3% o.w.f

Precautions‌

Conduct a lab test first to determine the appropriate dosage.

If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please conduct a compatibility test in advance.

Storage and Packaging‌

Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.

Packed in polyethylene plastic drums lined with plastic bags, each containing 125KG.
