Purchased this recently at a Farmer's market and have already used it a couple times.

We just purchased a new grill and have been grilling 4 times a week, now we may bump that up!

I love that I can throw veggies and fruit on the grill without losing some pieces between the grill slates.

You can even put cheese on the mat and sop it up right on the bread (grilled cheesy bread!)!

It still makes grill marks on the food, too.

Clean up was pretty easy, just take the mat inside and clean it with soapy water (sooo much easier than cleaning the grill!).

The only thing I can not comment on is durability.We were cautioned NOT to cut on the mat, which seems pretty self evident, but you can cut it to a smaller size if need be.

I am frankly amazed a thin flexible mat can take medium direct flame and not burn up!

The directions state that you are supposed to use indirect cooking but that is probably jut the lawyers talking, the mat can take direct medium flames from a gas grill, I grilled some perfect fillets of fish on the mat and they came out beautifully!

It is true, they had grill marks and everything.

Worth the purchase.

Been using them about a month, and have caramelized onions, leeks, grilled mushrooms, red bell peppers, brussels sprouts and shrimp so far.

Works fabulously - nothing fall thru the grates and even get grill marks. Shrimp no longer sticks to the grate and is done in 6 minutes!

Great for camping.

We took one of these with us when we went camping.

Very easy clean up and it was nice to be able to cook small items on the grill.

We saw this at the Home Show in our town for $30 and thought we would check Amazon when we got home. We're very happy with our purchase.

I received this item and read the instructions.

Now I am somewhat reluctant to use it.

There are all sorts of warnings.

1. Do not use above 500F

2. Do not use directly over open flame or heat source

3. Do not fold or cut the mat

Maybe I am paranoid but I wish I had known about these warnings before I purchased it.

Great mat!

I have used this mat while cooking my chicken, salmon and steaks and all the foods retain more of their moisture than grilling directly on the hot grills.

Plus it keeps the grills cleaner.

Yes, you do have to clean the mat, but a simple soap and water does the trick.

I have cooked a few salmon fillets on these and they work perfectly .

Great product for anything that sticks to the grill.

Nothing sticks and they are dishwasher safe. GREAT!
