The DS-150 has been designed to tackle the problem of airborne particles and dust generated by open mining activities, general demolition work and industrial bulk material handling.

It has been shown to suppress up to 95% of airborne dust particles. It is ideal for both suppressing airborne dust in open area eg. blasting, quarries, demolition, truck and shovel mining operations and longwall miners etc, and for suppressing dust where it is generated in high concentrations such as the discharge onto stockpiles, dumping, crushing loading/unloading trucks.

When droplets are produced equal to that of dust particles, the airborne dust is suppressed through particle agglomeration! And DS-150 sprayer's fog droplet size is 50~300um, It is small so that the dust particle can more easily impacts the droplet!
