Recommendations and Applications:

1. It can significantly improve the processing performance of the rubber and dispersion of 

    calcium carbonate, talcum powder, white smoke, carbon black, bentonite and other inorganic filler.

2. Rubber products added this product have a appearance and wear-resisting performance.

3. It is suitable for ethylene propylene rubber, nitrile rubber, silicone rubber, chlorosulfonated 

    polyethylene rubber, polyurethane rubber, PVC, EVA rubber.

Physical Properties:

Polydimethylsiloxane is a colorless, tasteless, non-toxic, transparency, volatile liquid. 

Non-corrosive effect on metals, low surface tension and low freezing point, 

good resistance to moisture, dilute acid and dilute alkali.

Dosage:

Advise add 2PHR-4PHR into rubber compound, 

increase or decrease the amount accordingly.
