Alkyl Aralkyl Modified Silicone Oil - Silway 630

Silway 630 is a silicone oil modified by alkyl aralkyl.

Silway 630 could used as a release agent for plastic or rubber components; or used as an external lubricant for rubber parts in mechanical applications; or use as wetting and dispersing agent for pigments and fillers; and also could used as high temperature coating leveling agent

When Silway-630 used as release agent, the produced components should be cleaned,and then painted or glued. Usually, only the surface needs to be cleaned with conventional solvents. Incidental contact between paint components generally does not cause "fish-eye cracks". 

However, as with many lubricating oil or grease, if parts coated with a large amount of Silway-630 and not cleaned properly, slight "fish-eye cracks","orange peel like wrinkles" or poor adhesion may occur during painting; before being used in mass production operations, compatibility assessments should be made for the coating or bonding systems used in subsequent processing operations.

Silway-630 is also suitable for wetting and dispersing pigments and fillers in coating leather.
