Description:

Normally, there are three crops for Komatsuna in one year. That means we can process Chingensai the whole year round except June to September. Due to the character of discoloring easily, our factories usually process the material in season to prevent the color change during the long storage. Basically, from planting to processing, it takes about one month.
In China, the major planting field for Komatsuna is in Shangdong province. The material ex Shangdong is bigger compared with material ex Zhejiang. But the Zhejiang material has greener color, less fiber. We have factories both in Zhejiang and Shangdong province so that we can arrange the products according customers’ different requirements.
