This facial wash foam contains germanium which washes the skin with mild effects for skin protection. Whipped-cream-like foam gently rinses away impurities, while replenishing essential moisture. This micro fine & luxurious facial wash, lathers to a creamy foam to quickly remove impurities leaving skin fresh & soft.  Germanium cosmetic is made for nourishment.

-  What is Germanium?                                     

There are two kinds of germanium, those are organic germanium and  inorganic  germanium.

 

                   

 

Organic germanium is contained in the ingredients of Chinese medicine such as garlic, bracket fungus and Asiatic ginseng. Therefore it is a very safe and healthy ingredient for humankind.

 

 

- Germanium is an element with high antioxidant power. 

Germanium has bipolarized ion which neutralize active oxygen to prevent the skin from oxidization. It also has characteristics of electrification to be easily absorbed in the skin when the temperature becomes 32 degree Celsius and promotes blood circulation to activate the cells for health skin turnover.

- How to Use

1. Pour an appropriate amount (two to three pumps) in the palm of the hand and then gently spread over whole face with circulation move. Put more cleanser for smooth move. 

2. Make-up and foundation are dissolved then wash off with worm water.

• Process of OEM 

 

♦ An OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) makes brand name products for beauty salons or shop owners. Business customers that buy our products have the following desire: to sell original products that suit their business and to use and sell their own brand name cosmetics. Belle Coeur Laboratory is able to produce original products to suit your needs and accepts small quantity orders where other manufacturers/OEM do not. We accept orders of 10 pieces and over for individual purchase, and 3 pieces and over for business use. We can produce the following type of products: skincare cosmetics hair care, supplement, soap etc. For many years we have been researching and developing the production of skincare and hair care products made from natural ingredients, without the use of synthetic scents, coloring agents or Paraben. In order to deliver fresh products to our customers, we produce them to order.

 

 

    

 

 Order and delivery process

1. Choose products from the skincare and hair care list, base samples of your chosen product will be sent to you (with reasonable expenses).
2. After checking samples, you can then give us your specific requirements such as fragrance, texture, active ingredients and label design. We will make the prescription and send a brief estimate according to the modification.
Belle Coeur Laboratory is also able to create products from scratch, according to your requirements.
This is a chance for you to make your own prescription, according to your own customers' needs.

Designing prescriptions is specialized work and can only be done by highly skilled technicians.
Therefore, the process takes longer than the Belle Coeur Brand bases.
3. A sample will be made according to the prescription.
4. The sample will be sent after confirming the suitability of the sample with the description. 
5. If you wish to modify the texture of the first sample, we will prescribe a second sample free of charge.
Further samples will cost 5000 JPY each for the ingredients.

Following approval of the sample, we will make a final estimate based on the quantity ordered.
7. The final process includes choosing a suitable container and label design. It also includes the registration process of the chosen brand name for your cosmetics.
8. We will start the production process on receipt of payment.
9. As each product is handled individually, the period for delivery will vary according to the quantity ordered.
10. Please allow 1-2 weeks for preparation.
