The principle of pressure cooker is very simple, because the boiling point of water is affected by the air pressure. The higher the air pressure, the higher the boiling point. On high mountains and plateaus, the air pressure is less than 1 standard atmospheric pressure, and the boiling point of water is lower than 100 ℃, so water can boil under 100 ℃. Eggs are not cooked with ordinary pots. When the air pressure is greater than 1 atmosphere, the water will not boil until the temperature is higher than 100 ℃. The commonly used pressure cooker is designed based on this principle.
Power failure memory protection device: When the power is cut off or the power cord is unplugged and a new power is called, or the power supply is connected, the setting function before the power failure can be automatically continued. Temperature limiting safety device: automatically cut off the power when the temperature in the pot reaches the limit. Anti blocking safety device: prevent food from blocking the exhaust valve, and ensure that the exhaust valve is smooth. Safety device for opening and closing the lid: when the lid and the pot body are not buckled properly, the pressure in the pot cannot rise. When the air pressure in the pot is higher than the safety value, the lid cannot be opened. Overtemperature safety device: when the pot is empty or the temperature in the pot exceeds the set safety value, the power supply will be cut off automatically.
