The hot press is a kind of equipment that heats two parts coated with soldering flux and tinned in advance to a temperature sufficient to melt and flow soldering tin, and forms a permanent electrical mechanical connection between the parts and soldering tin after curing. The heating rate can be selected according to different products.

Hot press is also called bonding machine. According to different hot pressing media, it can be divided into tin soldering, ACF (opposite conductive tape), ACP (opposite conductive glue) and TBF (hot melt adhesive film). It is applicable to the connection of FPC (flexible circuit board), HSC (zebra paper), TAB with LCD and PCB.
