Dust free product, completely filtered to 100 µ m, no skin allergy, health protection for operators. The pre dispersed masterbatch effectively guarantees the activity of TMTD. It is convenient and accurate to handle products without any components at room temperature. At a lower temperature (50 º C), Mooney viscosity is lower and dispersion quality is higher. Due to filtering, no impurities, filter blockage, no extrudates, the scrap rate is reduced and the productivity is increased. More compatible with other elastomers.

EPDM is essentially non-polar, resistant to polar solutions and chemicals, low water absorption, and has good insulation properties. In the production process of ethylene propylene diene monomer, its characteristics can be adjusted by changing the amount of three monomers, ethylene propylene ratio, molecular weight and its distribution, and vulcanization methods.
