When calculating the strength of the guide rail, select the linear bearing guide rail of the intermediate slider as the calculation object, apply fixed constraints to the positioning hole of the guide rail, and apply a load on the interaction surface between the guide rail and the two sliders.
The working load, safety factor, and rated life of the linear bearing were calculated and analyzed, and the strength of the slider, guide rail, and connecting pieces of the linear bearing was checked. The calculation results show that the selected linear bearing type is reasonable, the safety factor meets relevant regulations, the strength of the slider and guide rail of the linear bearing meets the requirements, and the strength of the connecting bolts between the slider and the slide table meets the use requirements.
