NE bucket elevator

Inflow feeding and Gravity-guided discharge are adopted by NE bucket elevator,which has large densely capacity hopper to convey and has large amount lifting.The lifting could be 15-800m³/h.When lifting stuffs.there is no returning and digging condition.So reactive power is low and the theoretical calculation shaft power is about 45% of the chain bucket elevator.The bucket elevator has less requirements on the types, characteristics and lumpiness of materials.Not only can lift powdery, granular and block materials, but also could lift materials with high grinding properties and materials with a temperature below 250 ℃.The chain speed is low, the operation is stable, and the plate chain type high-strength wear-resistant chain is used, so it can reach a higher lifting height of 46m.The feeding of the elevator adopts the inflow type, and there is little squeeze and collision between the moving parts and the material.The design of this machine ensures that the material will not be loose during feeding, lifting and unloading, which prevents the material from wearing to the machine body.The conveying plate chain adopts high-strength wear-resistant chain, which prolongs the service life of the chain and chain bucket
