Ultrasonic transducers are a key component of ultrasonic cleaning devices, and their function is to convert electrical oscillations into elastic mechanical vibrations (ultrasonic vibrations). There are two types of commonly used transducers based on their working principles: magnetostrictive transducers and piezoelectric transducers. From the working frequency, there are high-frequency transducers (usually operating at several hundred KHz) and low-frequency transducers (usually operating at several tens of KHz). In order to achieve high conversion rates, the transducers operate at their natural resonance frequency.

Ultrasonic cleaners are instruments that use the chemical cleaning agent of ultrasonic waves combined with cavitation to clean workpieces. Firstly, the dirt is infiltrated and dissolved by the chemical action of the cleaning agent. Then, the impact force generated by ultrasonic cavitation peels off the dirt layer on the surface of the object, and it is stirred, dispersed, emulsified to prevent the dirt that has already detached from the surface of the object from reattaching to the object.
