In the cylinder of the diesel engine, the clean air filtered by the air filter is fully mixed with the high-pressure atomized diesel injected by the fuel injector. Under the upward compression of the piston, the volume shrinks and the temperature rapidly increases, reaching the ignition point of the diesel. After diesel is ignited, the mixed gas burns violently, expands rapidly, and pushes the piston down. This process is called "doing work". The mechanical energy generated by doing work is transmitted to the generator through the crankshaft. The generator uses the principle of "electromagnetic induction" to output induced electromotive force, which can generate current through a closed load circuit.
The diesel generator mainly consists of three parts: diesel engine, generator, and control system. A diesel engine generates power by burning diesel, driving the generator to rotate and generate electricity. The control system is responsible for monitoring the operation status of the generator, ensuring that it operates under safe and stable conditions.
