EU ROHS 2.0 New Directive ROHS Test Report On the new EU ROHS 2.0 revised directive (EU) 2015 / 863 and ROHS 2.0 Directive EU2017 / 2102: According to the ROHS 2.0 Directive (EU) 2015 / 863 issued by the EU on 4 June 2015, the list of restricted substances is revised, adding four dimethyl esters. DEHP, BBP, DBP and DIBP are formally included in Annex II list of restricted substances. The EU ROHS 2.0 (EU) 2017 / 2102 is the new revised directive of RoHS 2.0 issued on 21 November 2017; there are ten compulsory controlled substances in Annex II.

After the issuance of this revised directive, eu member states are required to implement the directive into national regulations by December 31,2016. And from 22 July 2019, all electronic and electrical products (except medical and monitoring equipment) exported to Europe must meet this restriction; from 22 July 2021, medical equipment (including in vitro medical equipment) and monitoring equipment (including industrial monitoring equipment) will also be included in this control scope. In addition, toy products already controlled in Article 51 of REACH Annex XVI will not be subject to the control of DEHP, BBP and DBP in this directive.
