[Scope of Application]

Suitable for acid and metal complex dyeing of fabrics such as nylon, wool, and silk, followed by color fixing treatment.

Superiority

According to our recommended process, the color fixing effect is basically equivalent to that of ordinary color fixing;

2. This product does not contain restricted substances such as phenol/bisphenol/formaldehyde, is environmentally friendly, and complies with the EU OTeX-100 standard;

3. It is recommended to use fixation at a low temperature of 60 ℃ to reduce energy consumption.

[Usage]

Light color: 3-4% (o.w.f)

Medium color: 4-5% (o.w.f)

Dark color: 5-6% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1:10-15

Temperature: 60 ℃

Time: 20-30 minutes

Small sample tests should be conducted in advance based on different types and amounts of dyes to confirm that all indicators meet the requirements before proceeding with mass production.
