Welcome!
Birch plywood undergoes strict drying and pressing treatment during the manufacturing process to ensure uniform and stable moisture content of the board. This makes the board less susceptible to moisture, deformation, or cracking during use, thereby extending its service life. Birch wood has a unique light yellow or light brown texture, soft and natural. This texture is well preserved and displayed on multi-layer boards, adding a warm and natural atmosphere to the home space.
Birch plywood reduces the use of liquid glue and lowers the release of harmful substances such as formaldehyde during the production process. High quality birch plywood strictly controls the content of harmful substances to ensure that the product meets environmental standards and is harmless to human health. The production of multi-layer boards can more effectively utilize wood resources and reduce waste. By interlocking multiple layers of thin wooden boards, not only has the utilization rate of wood been improved, but the dependence on primitive forests has also been reduced.
Production process
Wood processing: Cutting, centering, and rotary cutting birch wood logs to obtain veneers.
Single board drying: Dry the veneer obtained by rotary cutting to remove moisture and prevent deformation of the board.
Single board processing: Performing necessary processing on the dried single board, such as trimming, polishing, etc.
Glue coating and embryo assembly: Apply an appropriate amount of glue to the processed veneer and assemble it according to the principle of perpendicular wood grain direction between adjacent layers.
Hot pressing and cooling: The pre formed slab is sent to a hot press machine for pressing, forming a strong bond between the veneers. After compression, perform cooling treatment.
Subsequent processing: Perform longitudinal and transverse cutting, sanding and other subsequent processing on the pressed board to improve its flatness and aesthetics.
Birch plywood is a multi-layer board made mainly of birch wood, which is laminated with birch bark through processes such as steaming, rotary cutting, drying, and bonding. The number of layers is generally odd to ensure the stability and strength of the board. Birch wood has a relatively smooth and flat surface, a light color, and a good visual effect. High quality birch plywood can even be directly used for furniture production without additional surface treatment.
Due to its various advantages, birch wood has a wide range of applications in multiple fields. In addition to furniture manufacturing and interior decoration, birch wood can also be used to make packaging materials, musical instruments, handicrafts, etc., demonstrating its diverse application potential. Birch wood board has been widely welcomed and recognized in the market due to its beautiful texture, excellent physical properties, easy processing and molding, environmental protection and health, and moderate price advantages.
