Zinc Sulfide (ZnS) Windows are parallel plane panels commonly used as protective windows for electronic sensors or detectors of the external environment. When selecting a window, attention should be paid to the window material, transmittance and transmission band, surface shape, smoothness, parallelism and other parameters.
Zinc sulfide is an optical material used in the infrared band. It is a yellow chemically inert material with good refractive index uniformity and consistency. Due to its wide transmission band (800-12000nm), zinc sulfide (ZnS) is widely used in the production of infrared optical components such as infrared windows and lenses. We provide zinc sulfide-based flat windows without coating or with antireflection coating, and provide double-sided antireflective IR2 (8-12μm) antireflection coated windows.
