Ginger oil
Ginger oil is obtained from the root of the herb Zingiber Officinale. The peculiar hot and pungent taste of ginger can be attributed to the presence of an acrid compound called Gingerol. Most of the health benefits of ginger are actually due to the presence of Gingerol. Ginger root and ginger oil are also used as preservative and flavoring agents.

Storage : Well closed in air tight containers away from sunlight and heat preferably in amber color glass containers.

As a fragrance and flavor ingredient, aromatherapy oils, spa's oils, as a herbal ingredient in cosmetic and medicinal Products.
