Flexible Additive Industrial Strength Degreaser for plastic spraying double pack autopaint

Special additive for double pack autopaint, specially designed for plastic spraying. It is one kind of additive which use for improving the flexibility of the basecoat and the topcoat, in order to resist deformation of the plastic parts

Purpose

Increase the flexibility after the paint is solid ,make sure it would not expose after the plastic parts have been painted

Scope of Application

HT series 2K clear coat, 2K autocryl solid colours, 1K metallic basecoat

Mixing Ratio

According to the flexibility of the plastic accessory ,mix 10-30% of the flexible additive with the paint first

Second, add the specify hardener and thinner in accordance with the autopaint instructions

Note

Add flexible additive less than 10% to Aluminium basecoat if necessary

Shelf Life

18months if stored in its original sealed cans at 20℃
