High Working Insulation Material Ceramic Fiber Blanket Light Weight Refractory Blanket

Ceramic fiber products are excellent refractory materials. It has the advantages of light weight, high temperature resistance, small heat capacity, good thermal insulation performance, high temperature thermal insulation performance, non-toxic, etc. Ceramic fiber is made by double-sided needle-punching process, and is widely used in both high and low temperature environments. According to different production processes, we generally divide ceramic fiber blankets into two types, one is the swing silk blanket, the other is the spray silk blanket.

The color is white and the size is regular, which integrates fire resistance, heat insulation and heat preservation. It does not contain any binding agent. It can maintain good tensile strength, toughness and fiber structure when used in neutral and oxidizing atmosphere for a long time. Temperature resistance is 950-1400 ℃.
