Ceramic fiber products are excellent refractory materials. It has the advantages of light weight, high temperature resistance, small heat capacity, good thermal insulation performance, high temperature thermal insulation performance, non-toxic, etc. Ceramic fiber is made by double-sided needle-punching process, and is widely used in both high and low temperature environments. According to different production processes, we generally divide ceramic fiber blankets into two types, one is the swing silk blanket, the other is the spray silk blanket.

The ceramic fiber blanket is formed by special aluminum silicate ceramic fiber filament through special double-sided needle-punching process. After double-sided needling process, the interweaving degree, delamination resistance, tensile strength and surface smoothness of the fiber are greatly improved. The fiber blanket does not contain any organic binder to ensure that the ceramic fiber blanket has good manufacturability and stability under high and low temperature conditions.
