Water Resistant Oil Fuel Resistance Hydrogenated Nitrile HNBR Rubber

Although nitrile rubber has excellent physical and mechanical properties and processing properties, it is not as good as fluororubber and acrylate rubber in acid gasoline and high temperature (150 ℃) environment for a long time. Therefore, hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) with excellent performance has been developed. In addition, nitrile rubber and carboxyl nitrile rubber (XNBR) with extremely cold resistance and high purity have also been developed.

Nitrile rubber is one of the most representative rubber with excellent comprehensive properties such as oil resistance, physical and mechanical properties and chemical resistance. Effective use of these properties can make it meet various purposes. Among general adhesives, NBR rubber has far better resistance to benzene, petroleum-based oil and non-polar solvent than NR, SBR, IIR and other non-polar adhesives, and also better than polar CR, but the performance of nitrile rubber's polar solvent and polar oil resistance is not good enough.
