Generally, an increase in laser power results in an increase in the depth of the quenched layer; The scanning speed increases, and the depth of the quenched layer decreases; As the defocusing amount increases, the size of the light spot increases, and within a certain range, the width of the quenching layer increases.



According to the width of a single laser quenching band, there are two types of laser quenching bands: narrow band and wide band; The distribution types of laser quenching strips include straight bar, spiral, sine wave, cross grid, circular ring, etc. One or more composite distribution types can be selected for laser quenching according to needs.
