During the filling process, juice enters the filling machine through a conveyor belt or pipeline, and after precise measurement and adjustment, it is filled by a filling valve. At the same time, the control system monitors real-time parameters such as flow rate, temperature, and pressure of the juice through sensors to ensure the accuracy and stability of filling. The sealing system seals the bottle mouth by heating or pressing, achieving sealed storage of juice.
Production process: Manually place the bottle on the conveyor belt, enter the conveyor track through the conveyor belt, and the bottle enters the dividing plate through the track. After detecting the bottle, fill it with 10 servo piston pumps. After filling, enter the lower cap through the indexing spiral cap station (the capping machine is a vibrating plate), and use 10 wire cutting capping heads for pressing and rotation, controlled by servo motors, with adjustable capping torque; Automatically output after sealing is completed.
