The working principle of the fully enclosed and automatic dry cleaning machine is mainly based on the dissolution and extraction of washing solvents such as petroleum or tetrachloroethylene. During the washing process, the solvent enters the interior of the clothing fibers through a drum, dissolves and removes stains, and then the solvent is recovered and reused through a recycling system. The entire washing process includes multiple steps such as oil inlet, washing, oil discharge, oil removal, and drying, all of which are automatically controlled through preset programs.

The dry cleaning machine must have the following four basic functions:

Washing function: Use dry cleaning solvents to clean clothes.

Filtering function: Filter out impurities in the detergent to ensure the washing effect.

Drying and recycling function: using centrifugal force to spin clothes dry and recycle detergent.

Regeneration function of washing solvents (excluding petroleum solvent dry cleaning machines): purify the recovered detergent to achieve recycling.
