After brewing, green tea has a green color, fresh aroma, and refreshing taste, making it the preferred choice for many people's daily consumption. Green tea is a healthy and delicious beverage with various health benefits. Moderate consumption of green tea can not only satisfy people's taste buds, but also promote physical health.
When brewing Maojian green tea, it is generally recommended to use a straight tube glass cup to better observe the stretching process of the tea leaves. The brewing steps are as follows:
Prepare tea utensils and water: Prepare glass cups and brewing water, preferably pure water or mineral water.
Warm cup: Pour boiling water into a glass and soak for a moment, then pour it out to clean the tea set and increase its temperature.
Tea infusion: Add an appropriate amount of Maojian green tea, usually according to personal taste and tea set size.
Water injection: When the boiling water cools to around 75 degrees, slowly inject hot water along the cup wall until it is 70% full. Note that the water temperature should not be too high to avoid damaging the nutritional components and taste of tea leaves.
Drinking: After waiting for a moment, you can start drinking. When drinking one-third of the tea, water can be added promptly to maintain the taste of the tea soup.
