⚠ Installation Notes / Important Precautions(安装注意事项)

1. Do NOT solder directly on the thermal fuse

Direct soldering may cause premature activation or damage due to heat. Always use proper connection methods such as crimp terminals or recommended welding techniques.

2. Avoid excessive clamping force

When fixing the fuse, do not apply strong mechanical pressure. Excessive force may deform the body and affect its performance.

3. Keep correct thermal contact

Install the fuse in close contact with the protected component (motor winding, transformer core, etc.) to ensure accurate temperature sensing and reliable protection.

4. Prevent bending near the fuse body

Avoid bending leads too close to the fuse body. Maintain a safe bending distance to prevent internal structure damage.

5. Do not exceed rated voltage/current

Ensure the circuit load does not exceed AC250V / 2A. Overloading may lead to abnormal heating and reduced safety.

6. Keep away from moisture and corrosive environment

Store and use in dry conditions. Avoid exposure to oil, chemicals, or corrosive gases to maintain stable insulation and long-term reliability.
