It is the extruded polymer sheets (raw materials for PP or aaHDPE) punch, and heating purposes of directional stretch. 1) BX geogrid

BX geogrid are polymers by extruding, forming, punching process after the vertical and horizontal stretch. According to physical characteristics of high molecular polymer, under the condition of certain temperature control, plastic geogrids are stretched at certain direction, so they have high tensile strength at this direction. Their tensile strength is 100-200 Mpa and elongation nearly approach the level of mild steel and they have much advantage over traditional and present reinforcement materials. So they are a quite ideal geosynthetics for strengthening civil engineering and reinforcing road base.

Application:

Biaxial geogrig stretch plastic geogrid is used to reinforce dyke and roadbed, side slope, tunnel wall, large airport, parking lot, pier freight yard, etc. that are with permanent load bearing.

1. Increase the bearing capacity of the roadbed and foundation and prolong their service life.

2. Prevent road surface and foundation from sinking or flawing, keep clean and beautiful ground surface.

3. Convenient construction saves time and labor, reduce mounting time and decrease maintenance expense.

4. Prevent culverts from flawing.

6. Decrease underlayer thickness and save manufacturing cost.
