The Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) is a type of eco-friendly green building material and high quality secondary cementitious material for concrete and cement. GGBS is obtained by quenching molten iron blastfurnace slag (a by- product of iron and steel making) in water or steam. It is then further grounded into the desired fineness in terms of the required particle size distribution.

Production of medium content (30-50%) slag cement, improving the strength of all ages.

Production of low heat cement with high GGBS substitutions (50-70%), used for mass or port/marine concrete structures.
