How to Brew Bubble Pouchong Tea |
Directions: STEP 1 Put 100g of tea in a big pot. Pour 4000cc of hot water(95°C) in the pot, and then cover the lid. STEP 2 Count down for 9 minutes. * Milk Tea: Count for 10 minutes. STEP 3 Use a colander to strain the tea into a thermos bucket. STEP 4 Wait until the temperature drop into 60°C, cover the lid. |
