The ultimate training device, the Garmin Forerunner 310XT combines the intensity-monitoring capabilities of a heart rate monitor with the precise time and distance measuring capabilities of a GPS monitor. It constantly monitors your time, distance, pace, calories and heart rate as you run or ride. It's also water resistant to a depth of 50 meters so you can take it to the pool or lake (heart rate data is not available while monitor is in the water). When the workout is over you can wirelessly send all the data to your computer for analysis and sharing. You can also send workouts to your Forerunner from your computer.

GPS display features easy-to-read display, ergonomic wristband and integrated high-sensitivity GPS sensor that provides precise speed, distance, altitude and pace data. Virtual Partner™ feature allows you to monitor yourself against a preset pace, so you can always tell where you stand at a glance. Autolap® lap timer automatically records lap times when you reach a specific time, distance or position, so you never have to push a lap button. 1,000 lap memory.
